My name is Jennifer Shlomovich and I am a Plant-Powered Lifestyle-Educator on a mission to help others improve their health by eating more plants.

Whole-food, plant-based eating has helped me enjoy delicious food without feeling deprived — and it’s become an essential part of caring for my health. Heart disease runs in my family, and in 2007, I lost my mom to a heart attack. That loss changed everything for me. It inspired me to be proactive with my own
health and to educate others on how they can nourish and protect their hearts through the power of food.
